This blog is intended to share experiencies, best practices, advices and comments regarding
 managing troubled projects.

As more than 90% of the projects finish behind schedule, have costs overruns or experience
quality issues; it’s very important to be aware of what other project managers are doing.
Learn from previous experiences and share pains that we suffered during projects and how
could figured out to resolve them.
